YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Welcome guests and provide them with relevant and requested information in accordance with Regent Hotel Service Style and procedures
- Actively use the Opera system and make sure that all guest-related information is up to date as well as fulfilling all by-law requirements
- Corresponding with guests to prepare reports, update relevant systems, and answer their requests
- Accountable for tracking guest expenses and providing payment coverage, working with cash - both domestic and foreign currency
- Promoting IHG Loyalty Program and enrolling new members
- Coordinating with other departments where required and participating in their activities when needed
ABOUT YOU
- You are passionate about the luxury hospitality
- You have excellent communication skills in English language. Montenegrin is an advantage
- Minimum high school diploma
- You are able to demonstrate the highest level of hospitality in a genuine and authentic manner whilst communicating the values of a world-class hotel in Montenegro
- A positive attitude and approachable style are essential
