Who are we?

The elegant Regent Porto Montenegro is a luxuriously furnished property with 175 rooms, suites and residences, advanced meeting facilities, and the spectacular Regent Spa. The Venetian-style design complements the breath-taking natural beauty of Boka Bay and brings true luxury to the 460-berth Porto Montenegro, an exclusive lifestyle destination. Offering guests mainly Mediterranean cuisine, the hotel boasts four in-house restaurants – Murano Restaurant, Gourmet Corner, Onyx Bar & Garden by Beluga, and Pool Bar – which are among the most elegant dining options in Montenegro. Regent Hotels & Resorts joined the IHG family in 2018.

Discounts at IHG Hotels

Employees have access to IHG Room Rates ranging from $39 to $99 per night without breakfast at more than 6,000 hotels around the world. Also, make sure to ask for a discount on food and drinks, since some of the IHG Hotels offer up to 50% discount.

Laundry services

In addition to uniforms, laundry services are also provided for the work clothes of employees who do not wear uniforms.

You can mark an important life event with an overnight stay with breakfast and dinner at the hotel. For a new family member, we provide a gift in Kids Land up to a certain amount.

"Refer a friend" program

In accordance with the refer-a-friend program, if an employee recommends a friend who fulfills the expected duration of the employment relationship, they receive monetary compensation depending on the position that the friend will cover.

Celebrating important dates

We celebrate our employees' birthdays with gifts, cake and an enjoyable get-together. We also mark work anniversaries with a non-financial gift, while we present financial rewards to employees for jubilee anniversaries.
