  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with high-profile clients.
  • Leading and inspiring a dynamic sales and marketing team while fostering strong connections within both the immediate and wider team.
  • Monitoring market trends and staying flexible to adjust strategies and plans as needed.
  • Achieving all personal and team sales targets to maximize profitability.
  • Overseeing marketing efforts to up-sell guests on hotel services, offerings, and amenities.
  • Identifying operational challenges and collaborating with relevant departments to address and overcome them.

What We're Looking For

  • A visionary leader with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Four or more years of experience in luxury hotel sales and marketing, in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of local businesses and market trends.
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification.
  • Self-care and resilience are important for success, as the role can bring a certain level of pressure.
