PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA NOTICE FOR CONSENT

INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Notice explains how PM Hotels d.o.o. collects and processes your personal data you provide to us for the purpose of registering your interest in working with us.
We ensure that the data you supply to us is processed fairly and lawfully, and with skill and care and used only for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice.
Your provision of personal data to us is voluntary, but necessary and constitutes an essential requisite for the pursuit of the described purpose. Failure to provide your data will make it impossible to evaluate your profile and your professional aptitudes with respect to the role to be filled or any future positions that may be available and will not allow us to proceed with the selection activities for the purpose of possible establishment of the employment relationship.
PM Hotels is bound by the Personal Data Protection Law (Official Gazette of Montenegro No. 79/2008, 70/2009, 44/2012, 22/2017) (the “Law”). Any information we hold will be governed by the most current version of the Law.
PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
Personal data means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. The type of personal data we collect about you depends on what you decide to share with us when you send or provide us with your application/resume.
In the course of our recruitment purposes, we may collect the following types of data about you as a potential candidate: name & surname, date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail address, Skype ID, Social Network URLs, photos, employment history, education, professional credentials, memberships in professional organizations, skills, citizenship, gender, information from former employers and other references, and additional information we have acquired or you have provided us with in connection to your possible work placement.
When applying for a job with us, we encourage you not to provide any sensitive personal data to us, such as personal identification numbers, payment card numbers, information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or other beliefs, health, sex life, biometrics or genetic characteristics or trade union membership.
HOW IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
As you interact with PM Hotels, you provide your personal data via different means including but not limited to:

- Direct interactions by attending career fairs and networking events, or by visiting our offices or otherwise;
- Corresponding with us by post, telephone, email, or by filling in forms, or otherwise;
- Referrals, third partied or publicly available sources.
This refers to applicants for all roles advertised or promoted by PM Hotels, including permanent, part-time and temporary positions and freelance roles; as well as people who have supplied a speculative CV to PM Hotels not in relation to a specific job.
Any personal data that you provide through third parties will be subject to the third party’s privacy policy, rather than this Privacy Notice.
If you submit any personal data about other people to us, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to permit us to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Notice.
HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
In the course of our efforts, we may use personal data that we have collected to:
- Assess data about you against the position you applied for;
- Assess data about you against other vacancies which we judge may be suitable for you. We may contact you from time to time regarding those opportunities;
- Confirm references and other checks as appropriate;
- Aggregate diversity and other statistical information of our candidates. Any published product will refer only to larger aggregations of individuals and will not identify you personally or include any results attributable to you;
- From time to time we use your personal data to send you important information regarding vacancies, job fairs and other employment related opportunities which we consider may be of interest to you;
- We also use your personal data to conduct surveys in order to determine our candidates’ management satisfaction;
- We may also contact you to verify that the personal data we collected about you is accurate and current.

We may also process your personal data without your knowledge or consent, in compliance with this Privacy Notice, where this is required or permitted by law.
We will not use your personal data in press releases and direct marketing materials unless we obtain consent from you.
WHERE DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We are storing your personal data in our Applicant Tracking System provided by an external software vendor (TalentLyft, an application developed by AdoptoTech ltd.), and we have ensured to have an effective data processing agreement that obliges them to follow all applicable privacy and data protection regulations relevant to its own processing of the personal data concerned.
Your data will be processed in electronic and paper form and your data will be collected and stored in computer databases and may be stored in paper archives.
WHO CAN ACCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Your personal data may be disclosed to PM Hotels’ employees, being transferred from sources to hiring managers to hiring team members, so they can assess your suitability for vacancies within different departments or contact you.
We do not sell your personal data to other organizations.
RETENTION PERIOD
Your personal data are preserved for a period not exceeding three years starting from the reception of the data, except for the contracting of the employment relationship and the consequent conservation for the time related to it.
DATA SECURITY
Adriatic Marinas has reasonable technical, personnel and organizational measures in place to have the protection against the loss, misuse, and alteration of personal data under our control. Unfortunately, no security system, or system of transmitting information over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please immediately notify us of the problem by contacting us as described in the “Enquiries & Complaints” section below.
ENQUIRIES & COMPLAINTS
We want to ensure you remain in control of your personal data.
After your application via careers.portomontenegro.com, you will have access to the Candidate Portal, within which you will have an insight into your personal data, request its export or deletion. A hyperlink to the Candidate Portal will be sent in the confirmation e-mail you'll get after applying for a position. You may ask for the correction and update of your data at any time, deny your previous consent for the processing of your data, or fully delete your profile.

You have the right to submit a request for personal data protection at any time to the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information (the ‘Agency’), the Montenegrin supervisory authority (azlp@t-com.me), if you think your data protection rights have been breached by us. We would, however, appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns before you approach the Agency so please contact us in the first instance.
CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE
This Privacy Notice has been published on 1 August, 2022. It is important to point out that we may amend this Privacy Notice from time to time. Please just visit this page again if you want to stay up to date, as we will post any changes here. If at any time we decide to use personal data in a manner significantly different from the manner stated in this Privacy Notice, or otherwise disclosed to you at the time it was collected, we will notify you by email, and you will have a choice as to whether or not we use your information in the new manner.
